Privacy policy

Free Christmas SVG (“we”, “us”) runs freechristmassvg.com. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the site and why. The site is operated by [OWNER NAME].

The short version

• You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name or email to download anything.
• We do not use advertising, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies.
• The customizer and all exports (SVG, PNG, WebP, JPG) run in your browser. Your colors, sizes and files are never uploaded to us.
• Our hosting provider processes basic technical data to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Information processed when you visit

The site is static and is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver pages, protect against abuse and keep the service reliable. Cloudflare’s handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

We do not combine this data with other information or use it to identify you.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set cookies. The site does not use local storage for tracking. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies in some situations, for example during bot protection checks.

The customizer and downloads

When you change colors or sizes and download a file, all processing happens on your device. Nothing you create is sent to our servers.

Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address if you give one, and your message. They are sent to us as an email through Cloudflare’s email service, and we use them only to reply. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request.

To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type and the site you are on, to tell people from bots. Cloudflare states that these signals are used to detect and block bots, not to identify, profile or target individuals; see the Turnstile privacy addendum. Turnstile does not read what you type into the form. To prevent abuse, the form also counts recent messages per IP address for one minute; that count is not stored afterward.

Analytics

The site currently runs without analytics. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future (for example a cookieless service), we will update this page before doing so.

Children

The site is a general-audience craft resource and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold very little data (essentially only messages you send us), the simplest way to exercise these rights is to send us a message through the contact page.

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date above.
