About this design
The Wrapped Peppermint Candy shows a peppermint still in its wrapper. The round candy sits in the middle with a swirl pattern in the color version, and the wrapper twists into a triangular end on each side, like a bow tie. The solid file is a single clean silhouette.
It is instantly recognizable and endlessly cute, perfect for kitchens, treat bags and candy-themed parties.

Size and cutting tips
This design passes our cut checks from about 1.5 inches wide. Size it by width since it is wider than tall: 2 to 3 inches for tags, 8 to 10 inches for shirts.
For layered color, cut the wrapper ends from glitter or holographic vinyl for a shiny cellophane look.
Step by step: a treat bag label
- Download the color SVG and size it to 3 inches wide.
- Cut the candy from red cardstock, the swirls from white and the wrapper ends from mint or clear-look paper.
- Layer the swirls onto the candy, then add the wrapper ends.
- Fold a small strip of kraft cardstock over the top of a cellophane treat bag.
- Glue the candy label on the front of the strip and staple it closed.
- Write “Sweet treats” or a name on the back of the label.
Good to know
The twisted wrapper ends make this shape instantly read as “candy” even at very small sizes.
Variations to try
- Use holographic paper for the wrapper ends.
- Make a giant version from foam board for a party wall.
A note on variety
Make a full candy dish by cutting this design in three colors, red, green and pink, and scattering them across a card front or a party table runner. Mixed colors look more like a real bowl of sweets than a single repeated color.
